Drive-thru is so convenient, and the staff is super friendly. Getting in and out is still tough if you are entering from the west. Getting across Troy-Schenectady Road can get dicey depending on the time of day. Getting out if you want to go east will require using the back way out. Check your order before you pull out of drive thru

I asked for extra hot matcha latte with coconut milk, and that’s what I received with a wonderful smile!

Piece of string (?) I found in my coffee a few weeks ago. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this could have seriously hurt someone. I choked on the string and was able to pull it out of my throat. What if this was a drink for a child?! I have yet to hear back from the company about this.

Horrible service lady was extremely rude in the drive thru “Anything else” after each drink said with extreme attitude Drinks didn’t even look right or taste right Strawberries were missing from drink and she didn’t seem to care when told Dragon drink didn’t even look right or taste right . Never coming back . So much for spending $30 on four drinks .
