Staff are amazing

I have been going to this Starbucks for some time due to its proximity to my work. The other day, I lost my wallet and was freaking out. I got a call from the Starbucks that someone had turned it in and they were keeping it safe. 5 days later and sure enough, I got my wallet back. Very friendly staff and excellent service at this location. Would highly recommend!

The Brookswood (Langley) location is a corner unit in a strip mall, but they have outdoor tables as well as indoor seating. The staff is usually very good at custom-making the drinks to order. It's a bit noisy inside and the parking lot is small, but the wait is not usually very long and you can take your drink and sit in a lovely little park (just across the street at 40th and 200th).

I love coming in here because everyone is always super sweet and attentive, my favourite barista has to be Leah!!! She’s always willing to help and is great to have a conversation with! Love her!

Probably one of the most friendliest and helpful Starbucks ever. My daughter is overjoyed they continue to have her sugar cookie oat latte. On my daughters bday her app wasn't loading her free bday drink we tried a few things to no avail and your staff patiently tried to help us in the end just used her ID to see it was her bday and got us on our way. I have never seen the staff flustered and I have seen it super busy. I'm estatic our small Starbucks in brookswood has been the best one I have ever entered.

I ordered a caramel macchiato, an Americano, and a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, all of them tasted awful; it's as if they only used hot water. I left the store quickly because I was in a rush. I would advise against visiting this location as they only seem to use hot water with no taste of coffee. This experience has discouraged me from visiting Starbucks for a long time. I am not satisfied with my order.
