Serving expired and warm coffee Bad Parking: Not enough parking Not sitting aera

It sucks to leave a review like this because I loved this Starbucks! But recently every single time I go in I end up leaving with nothing. Either they have no cold brew at all or something like today happens. I order a cold brew and sit down and wait patiently, 2 other ladies come in, order cold brew and stand in front of the guy making the coffees and complain to him the whole time and end up using all the cold brew they have and so I don't get my drink at all!!

Go here if you want your iced drinks to be filled with more than 2/3 of ice than actual drink. Light ice means nothing here.

Visiting Jericho location as Clayton crossing is closed for Renos. Alexa there made me one of the best pour overs I've ever had. She was very friendly and kind. A great experience today.
