Drive thru at 6:20 with all lights on and was told they were not currently serving. At least turn the lights off…. Then I read other reviews……. Not surprising. Manager must be an 8th grader, no wait, an 8th grader would do a better job. Typical of the times, no accountability.
They often get my drink order wrong and out of many bakery items.
This is the best Starbucks for people from Chicago to visit. You will be impressed by our small town speed. Never use the Starbucks downtown Lake Geneva where I go.

This location treats mobile customers with aloof and disrespect, giving priority to walk-in customers. Recently, I was on the road and ordered ahead for two small sandwiches. When I arrived to grab and go, a sandwich was missing. After asking for the remainder of the order, I was told to wait at the back of the line to REorder. With at least 8 baristas behind the counter, not one had a few seconds to pop a sandwich in the oven to complete the order? Next, I asked two other baristas to just apply a refund to my account if they can't fulfill the mobile order as promised. Again I was told to wait in line. For an order already placed. already paid. already waited for. even already tipped : | Pathetic. Starbucks and its baristas kept my money and my order.
