It's getting harder and harder to get my drinks made correctly. If you are looking for a menu item it's still a good choice. If you are looking for a custom drink it so much depending on your barista. ( I am just trying to get a drink made with less calories... nothing super fancy. Just nonfat milk, sugar free vanilla and extra hot.) They have a barista promise to get your drink order right. But how many times are you comfortable asking them to remake that custom drink? Even using their mobile app, when everything is written down for the barista. They still have to read the entire order and not just the drink name... I am finding increasingly they don't read the order... just the name. When I ask, the pushback isn't worth it. I'd rather find another coffee shop...

Staff are friendly, massive interior, always busy bit not overcrowded, bathroom are nice, and WiFi is great! One of my favorite coffee shops nearby!

Staff get to know the customers by name, adding a welcoming feel to the environment.

My drink flavor was wrong, the milk was wrong, and the girl with pigtails making drinks was rude. I'll keep driving next time I come through here. Waste of money!
