Starbucks

This could be a lovely store to enjoy a coffee in if they ever cleared and cleaned the tables! Everytime we have been in the tables are full and dirty. Today we were the only ones in with 3 or 4 staff doing very little and the tables were filthy. I nearly cleared them myself, it looks so scruffy, when it only takes a few minutes cleaning. Staff pleasant enough, but no pride in their store!

Between 1030-1045 this morning. Walk-in I’ve only been to this location one other time one year and a half ago. The location was very clean. Served by smiling Ethan. I order a zebra mocha Frappuccino and double expresso. Exceptional service considering I ordered something off menu including a “pup cup”. He seemed genuinely happy to serve this morning and because of this interaction I look forward to visiting location again soon. Totally made my day for the extra mile

The worst Starbucks I've been to

I love this Starbucks. I'm lactose intolerant so I'm a bit of a pain with all my special requirements. The guy who serves at the counter here is excellent, he's always willing to serve the vegan cream (a lot of Starbuck's don't like doing this as it needs a lot of shaking and I believe its a bit time consuming for staff.) it makes my day going here. :)
