Some useless person in charge of scheduling put only 1 employee and 1 training employee, on their first day, on schedule during the morning rush hours. I'm not blaming the poor overworked and understaffed employees but someone higher up. My order was 100% wrong and somehow made pre melted? I received a completely inferior product for far too much money. Is there no competent management?
First visit to a Starbucks after trying it at work. I was excited to try the sandwiches and cookies as well but this location was out of EVERYTHING. I was told this is not common at other locations. I’ll try somewhere else going forward. The drive thru cashier was nice but hard of hearing. He asked my name 5/6 times.
Terrible service and the blended mocha I ordered were nasty.
