Starbucks

Too expensive, the food and drinks are usually just ok not really worth the money in my opinion. But there are a couple items I really like and may get every now and again. The line is always long in the drivethru and it's very tight. Staff has always been friendly.

My husband and I went through the drive through...ordered a BOLD with cream...had to explain what we meant by bold...really ? DARK roast...coffee was lukewarm...ugh ! We are hude Starbucks fans but this site was very disappointing. :(

So, it's a Starbucks. You're going to wait in line for a solid 10 to 15 minutes and probably pay 20% more for whatever you buy. If that's your thing, go for it. 5/10.

I believe they were shorthanded but still very courteous and made my drink perfectly. Kid-friendliness: It's very open to children. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with a wheelchair.

Not a fan.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Jonesboro! Parking and getting in/out is always a hassle unless you go early but the employees here are amazing and everything I’ve had here has been spot on.

11/26, around 3.30 p.m. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. busy chatting with each other. careless to greet customers or even acknowledge them. checking cell phones every five minutes. I waited 25 minutes just for my drinks. My wife came inside to inquire why it's taking so long. Not to mention, an associate clocked in and straight away started fixing the drinks without even washing his hands.
