When you come in the morning, you know you will be handled with care and served with a smile. The two ladies that open make sure your order is correct, are fast, and are hard workers. I can see they take pride in their work. The afternoon shift can learn a lesson from these two.
I always get good customer service and delicious drinks when rebeca is there but today march 31 around 2pm not only the drink was disgusting the customer service was horrible the barista scream at me because I ask nicely for a different drink not sure why she works with people when she is definitely not a people’s person she keep saying that she’s nice to the customer that visited often I wonder if this is something that she learn from management?
Their service is very rude for no reason and most of the employees don't make the drinks right they do not taste good the manager especially is rude and a Karen also the hot chocolate is very watered down

Worst Starbucks in Holland, employees are so rude and not willing to make anything right. The manager Sheila is the worst of them all. There are only 2 girls there that are nice. They make you feel rushed when ordering by glaring at you. They give you attitude if you tell them that something is wrong and will not make it right. The drinks rarely taste good, it depends on who is making them. They need to train them all the same so they all make the drinks the same. Half the time there is no flavor so I waste my money. I spend so much money at Starbucks just to be treated horribly when I come to this one. I would completely avoid this one but it is the closest one to my home.
