we may have left a wallet at this store but when we try to call it goes straight to a busy signal........
I’ve been a long time customer of Starbucks before they were in Massachusetts. My daughter who worked as a barista at a competitor’s company for years.I had her quit Due to the unprofessionalism of management. She coved shifts when asked. I told her apply at the Lincoln st Starbucks. She applies at Starbucks, shocked that she wasn’t hired and they’re still looking for help, Go figure. Starbucks you lost a very good Customer. Sad because I love the Cohasset store the help is great, unfortunately I have to stand my ground She would’ve been a great asset for that store.
I’ve seen cleaner stores but I love all the holiday items here Parking: Lots of parking right outside the store
Ordered "ahead" on my app..order took 25 minutes...unacceptable!!!
I was picking up a few things for my family. I ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts, which is five minutes down the road from me, and I ordered from Starbucks which is 15 minutes down the road from me. I got to Dunkin and my order is ready. I get to Starbucks and I’m waiting another 15 minutes. I was late to my first appointment. This place is always behind. It always takes 20 or 30 or longer minutes to get your order. I don’t even bother anymore. You go to Dunkin in Hingham and you get your food right away. You come here and you’re gonna be sitting there 30 minutes. That’s literally the wait time it told me on the app. I just didn’t pay attention because I was in a hurry and I didn’t imagine I would be waiting 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. I prefer the food at Starbucks rather than the Dunkin, and the soymilk, but it’s not worth the stress. I just realized why this bothers me so much, other than the obvious insanity of waiting 30 min for a drink on your way to work. There is a Starbucks near my job. If they start getting backed up, the app won’t let you book any more orders. That never happens at the Starbucks. If it does I’ve never seen it. I’ve waited 40 minutes for coffee here before. I won’t do it again. And it shouldn’t be allowed. There should be some kind of policy where if it starts to be more than 20 minutes you cut off orders on the app. It’s not OK to make people wait that long. I miss the good old days when you walked into a store and you placed an order and you were the next person who’s order was going to be made. But since we are past those days, there should be some policies that prevent people waiting 30 minutes for the cup of coffee on a Friday morning. I know I would much rather go through the drive-through at the Dunkin. But I think one easy step would be to cut off orders on the app so people don’t sit there waiting forever.
Great service. But make sure u order well ahead on Fridays.
