Starbucks

Ordered the new Oleato - came up short from a taste standpoint. Nice store though with ample seating space. Outdoor seating available too. Parking is tight during busy hours but can park across using Target parking space.

Emily was so quick to help me as I had trouble understanding the menu. She was very curious and kind when taking my order, AMAZING customer service skills!! I had the best experience in the lobby as everything was clean and well kept. Will be coming back !

Messed up order , No receipt & WORST customer service . Ordered a regular white chocolate mocha via drive thru .They INCORRECTLY added extra shots. Charged $8.50.When asked for a receipt , I was told there is No printer in drive thru and to get it from the front.I have been to several Starbucks around the world and with out a doubt I can tell this is the WORST.

Friendly staff. Not too busy on a Saturday evening. Nice fireplace to sit by. Music is at a nice level. Good wifi. Not enough customer accessible electrical outlets for laptops and phones. The drive through is busy, usually there is a line. I enjoy this location. There are an abundance of stores, restaurants and a movie theater nearby.

We ordered two drinks and they gave us the wrong things. When we told them it was wrong they gave us our “correct order” and it was two very watered down drinks.

Fast and great service!

The coffee was weak and lukewarm. The people working the counter didn't have a good vibe.
