The staff really needs help. I think the manager at this location needs a new pool of people to work for them. They did not get a simple order correct. It is worst than going to a McDonald's on a Sunday morning. For what you pay for coffee at Starbucks I expect a correct order.
Time to start supporting locally. what’s the point of ordering online (15 minutes prior to arrival) just to get skipped by walkins and the whole drive through which caused me to wait an additional 15 minutes I didn’t have. Thanks for making me way beyond late for work❤️
The cashier / expediter was very kind , patient with us ordering, giving us a lot of time to think about our orders. It was nice and quiet, and she made our drinks very quickly.

Impeccable customer service at all times! Of course, the coffee/food options are all great, but it's the customer service for me!
