Two breves and waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. Arrived later in the week, walked inside, and was told drinks would take at least 20 minutes. There were 4 or 5 staff working. My first visit was quick and comparable with Starbucks usual quick efficient service. I will try again because the location is convenient.
This Starbucks is top notch and always serves the food and drinks consistently. They are always kind and considerate of everyone who comes here. Love coming to this location. Thank you.
Best staff of any location! Great barista's all-around, but Carina is AMAZING! Super professional, extremely courteous, very polite, and a real joy to chat with.
I dont know what to say.. It's a Starbucks in a grocery store, and it didn't look busy. It took a long time to get my black coffee. There was an elderly lady that was waiting for her order before I ordered, and she was still waiting when I left.
Carina who works here has the worst customer service. I ordered ahead on multiple visits and she has not even started it multiple times. With no customers in site. The previous visit to this I ordered a “warm” hot chocolate for my three year old. When I grabbed, it was hot to the touch as I was going to explain to her that my three year old couldn’t drink that temperature and as I was about to ask her to dump some out and add some cool milk, she cut me off and stated that warm or hot is the only temperature they have and that they don’t make kids temperature drinks. She then said, I can give you a cup of ice. She was very snarky and I’m not impressed. I’ve held my tongue, but this is the third visit with her there that I’ve been completely unimpressed.
Starbucks has lost its luster. Its just another "Fast Food" place
I was 2nd in line. I spent $33 on treats and coffee for my family. I’ve been here 25 mins and counting. Never using this one ever again. One poor employee with a computer that doesn’t work. Who knows what else is the hold up!
