Starbucks

This location's staff is always very friendly and accurate with orders...HOWEVER be warned that this location frequently tends to be busy and the wait is usually a bit longer compared to other Starbucks. I would still recommend this one but be prepared to wait.

The shift supervisor on March 31st at 2:15pm along with window order associate behave disrespectfully and did not even say sorry for there behavior. i thought that supervisor would be more experienced and knowledgeable to educate associates however both of them closed and locked the window without even delivering the food that was ordered and laughed at us for asking them to talk respectfully. We are seeing this behavior across different stores but did not expect this from a company like Starbucks. The value for the customer is depreciating as new generation workers enter the market. They want short cuts and are showing attitude towards customers and such behavior is unacceptable at least in star rated companies like Starbucks.

I rarely get what I actually order at this location :( I would rather wait longer for the right drink than pay for a coffee I didn't order

Always have a positive experience. Fast, positive, and enjoyable atmosphere and employees. Charlie is awesome and assisted perfectly during the one time my order has been incorrect.
