Starbucks

The coffee we ordered was great and nothing different than what you'd expect from a Starbucks. What kept them from 4-5 stars was the customer service. The biggest complaint is that they did not have many customers inside nor drive thru and they spent a lot of time chatting with each other delaying the making of our coffees. They also seemed very flat affect when addressing the customer. It wasn't terrible but we have been to better Starbucks.

Horrible service lines backed way up for ordering your drinks. If you are in a hurry and only have 15 minutes to wait, you were at the wrong location.

I waited over 30 minutes for a hot Carmel macchiato never again.

35 min for coffee as they were just so busy! The food came out very fast. I am glad the lady told us before we ordered as we were on a strict time frame!
