Their coffee is good but they try to force a tip on you for providing a service that they get paid for while doing nothing extra. I paid for extra caramel and crunch and got neither. The cup was barely halfway lined with caramel that I paid an extra 80¢ for. They asked for tip on the screen but my husband forgot to scan my Starbucks app. She cleared out the screen, asked for tip again after he declined the first time and seemed to get an attitude because he declined to add a tip. Don't get me wrong, we've had great baristas and awesome customer service at Starbucks in the past and we've tipped them numerous times but this wasn't a visit deserving of a tip, especially when we didn't receive what we paid extra for in the first place. Will it deter me from going? No. But I don't tip anyone who doesn't deserve it.
This Starbucks is always friendly and professional. They always get my drink right.
Came in to get drinks for me and my husband. Got charged for what I asked for but the barista didn’t make to how it was suppose to be and on the ticket it didn’t come out with how I paid for it. The barista was rushing and missed something on my drink and I had to go back and ask for it. My ticket says 1 vanilla bean powder when I paid for 4 scoops and I paid for caramel and didn’t get that either. Won’t be back to this one
My favorite place...always gets it right..and IF for sum reason they forget an ingredient they ALWAYS correct it without a PROBLEM!!..LOVE STARBUCKS
First time at this location and morning crew is on it!!! Fast paced and hard working getting orders out. Very clean, polite and definitely vet friendly. Look forward to coming here often for my work pick me up.
There is a silent site and an excellent interior design. I felt like a comfortable place.
