Today at around 12 noon, we placed an order for 2 hot mochas via the drive-through. Unfortunately, upon receiving our order, we discovered that it was cold. We immediately returned and informed them about the issue, and asked if they can change it and ensure it was extra hot. They agreed to do so, but when we received the replacement drinks, they were still just as cold as before. It's unclear what might be causing this problem, but something needs to be addressed and fixed in how they make their coffee
Sometimes the service is okay but will get complained by a staff member that i show up too early for my order and can never correctly make my cold foam right especially when i ask for extra. Kid-friendliness: Some staff members can be very nice to kids
Not exactly the nicest Starbucks, I wouldn't want to sit there. Though, I'm from our of town where everything is a bit cleaner & well kept.
First time I've had terrible service at Starbucks at any location. Alexandra was cold, rude, and disrespectful for absolutely no reason at all. Coffee is the highlight of my day and she was so rude that it about ruined my day. I will not be using this location again.
Love Starbucks, but this one just disappointed me. The barista first took the order. I was waiting for the caramel crunched about 20 mins. After that the barista just asked me what was my drink, what I’m waiting for. Well, the service here needs a bit more work.
