Starbucks

Went in this evening and the lady behind the counter was more interested in carrying a conversation with her co workers over the head set when she did acknowledge I felt I was putting her out of sorts. She was more interested in getting back to her conversation when the I try to use my Starbucks app it picked up my debit card, try to get her attention but it was uless her other coworker acknowledge I explained what was going on but she did not understand. Finally got everything worked out and took my food and left. Sadly I was disappointed in the service. I really hope the owner sees this.

They always make the caramel frappes the absolute best! And anytime they have gotten my order wrong, they have always immediately remade it CORRECTLY with no questions asked! Highly recommend

Was very busy when I came in but they were fast at getting drinks and food made. This location must be close to a school because it had a lot of kids inside.
