Very hit or miss, definitely one of the less friendly staff compared to other stores. I have had my cup one time overfilled with ice if they read EXTRA ice .. I generally don't complain but I literally got two gulps before the 16oz was gone and I thought maybe I forgot to mention light ice ..but nope it was on the sticker so I went inside and was like um is it ok if I get this remade because this is not light ice .. the person rolled their eyes and re made it. Then today after avoiding this location I did a mobile order and came in 10 min after no drink.. then another person started asked where hers was .. they said something jammed in their printer It took 17 min to get my drink, no "sorry for the wait " or anything. Just a super sub par service situation here.. you will be treated like a huge inconvenience.
I have been going to the Safeway Starbucks for a long time now and they always have the most amazing ppl working, but I would like to give a shout out to Shannon she is truly awesome and her drinks are so GOOD !!!
Why would you turn the frappe machine off 45 minutes before you close?
This Starbucks BY FAR makes the best caramel frappes in Everett. Usually they are scared to put a lot of caramel drizzle but the employees at this location don't hesitate to overload it just how I like it. Go here for the best caramel frappes!
The Barista that was working 6:30 AM on 8-15-22. Above and beyond ! Amazing customer service , went above and beyond. :) Starbucks in general is pretty good. But the people are what make the experience. Thanks for my drink !
Closed at 630pm yet listed open until 730. Rediculous.
Great staff! Emma is the best!
They have a large display for summer drinks, one of them being a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap, and the lady made it with no coffee (really??) and with no crunch. Just ice, whipped cream, and caramel....and tall, not grande (charged for grande though.) She kept looking at the giant picture while she was making it so she could guess what might go in it. Its LITERALLY their signature drink right now, it has its own display. Tried to bring it up nicely to get it fixed and I got snapped at. She did a spin move and got back to guessing how to make starbucks.. I come to Starbucks for coffee. Not whipped cream and a bad attitude. She had a chance to make it right but she chose to snap at me and turn her back. That's not customer service. If Starbucks is unionizing and they are going to protect employees like this, I guess that makes me against unionizing Starbucks employees. BTW, I'm a proud union member.
This location is quite] possibly the absolute worse I've ever been treated by any associate in any store. The common person on the street treats me with more respect than these girls that work at this location. As a person who has worked in customer service my entire life, if these girls worked for me they certainly wouldn't have a job for too long. Starbucks and Safeway both ought to rethink who they have representing their companies. I unfortunately visited this location yesterday morning,, it being my first time getting my coffee from this location, I was helped by a young woman who obviously was having a very bad day. Our first encounter was just that, a young girl having a bad day. She didn't greet me at all, she very sharply says to me, 'what do you want today, I let it go. I proceeded to order the same drink I've ordered for the last 20 plus years. When I paid for my drink, she said nothing else to me, no thank you, no your drink will be ready at the end of the counter, she said absolutely nothing. I forgot to ask for a ice water for the 8 yo boy I had , had with me so I asked the girl wearing a filthy shirt that I'm positive is not dress code in any way shape or form. She was working at the end of the counter making the coffeeo for a ice water, again I was met with nothing but rudeness, so much so 5hat the 8 yo asked me why they were so mean to me. As I walked away and tasted my drink I realized that it wasn't the drink I had ordered so I brought it back to the counter, told Hayley that my drink was wrong, she snatched it out of my hands turned around poured it out in the sink and to my disbelief started to argue with me, very loudly, telling me that I was wrong that this was the drink I ordered, and then she said very loudly and snooty, "fine then, I'll make you a new drink, although you're wrong and the first one was just fine". I've been ordering the c same drink, five days a week for 20 plus years, I'm more than confident that I know what it should taste like, after Hayley herself made me a luke warm cup of coffee, I walked away extremely embarrassed and very upset. I don't think I will ever visit this location of Starbucks again, or Safeway. I am very disappointed in the quality of the people working for Starbucks and a bit put off by the entire experience.
