The service was god awful. Not just any employee, but the shift supervisor stood there, and did not acknowledge us for seven minutes. Finally when she did every task but acknowledge us, she finally came to take our order and at that point we left. Can they hire real shift supervisors? Can they actually get people that are can do their job. it’s a joke that she’s in charge.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to I was not greeted, and was ignored while they waited on other customers, there is no tables for you to eat your food . there's no plugins to charge your laptop so basically come and give me your money and we don't care if you stay.. anybody willing to do that enjoy..
Would give zero stars if possible. Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee… ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund (was told there were still five coffees ahead of mine). There was only one employee at the register and one making all of the drinks. Manager and another employee were in the back… when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, she did not seem to care or even try to rectify the issue (made excuses and did not even apologize for the bad experience). They refunded the cost of the coffee but would not refund the tip that I gave (nothing like tipping for horrible service and no coffee). Spoke to Starbucks corporate and they informed me that the manager should have refunded the tip…
No electrical outlets at this location. So much for getting any work done.
