I live by Waterman. That Starbucks has a higher rating and has been absolutely horrific every time I walk in here. I love the girls at this store. My drink is always ready, if I don't order on the app, they actually know who I am and what I drink. The store I live by on Waterman, that I frequent the most has no idea who I am. I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting for a drink I ordered on an app 15 minutes ago. I have never waited at Laguna longer than 5 minutes.

Love my Starbucks! It's so homey, comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and always gets our order right. My hubby is picky but they make sure he's happy. Good job people! ❤
