My order was fresh. Staff was courteous.

I came to pick up the order, I was waiting for someone to come for so long that I wanted to cancel it, the employee came and spoke rudely, I didn't like anything, it was the first and last time I was there.

Got a moldy chicken sandwich from the drive thru. Had to come all the way back here and all she did was give me a replacement sandwich…. Bad food and service

Great place, but service is garbage. Order drive through, then they make you wait almost 15mins in the parking lot. I don't understand, it just one person Order 2 burgers and tells to wait out front when clearly no one ordered.

Got take out. I think I got food poisoning. Didn't taste right going down and even worse coming back up. 20 dollar meal of inedible food.

Hot food fast service every time

So there's only 2 Carl's Jr that my boyfriend and I go to in Elk Grove, and this one has won my heart. This morning the gentleman at the register for the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! Seriously he was nice, helped answer my annoying questions and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. I hope management sees this and gives him a raise

Well I ordered the number 13 that came with bacon but I think he forgot to put the bacon on my burger I think they have. to be more attentive with the orders put everything it says on the menu

The location super chill and relaxed. It's kinda hidden within the plaza. Great service and staff.
