Every time i go here i get my coffee cup not even filled up all the way. Waste of money place. Im so irritated with starbucks now. First its a rip off with stupid ice when u tell them to do light ice its still all I’ve and no coffee and now with hot drinks they don’t even fill it up all the way. What are we paying money for then??. Cardboard cups for $7?.
I go here just about every day and they usually know my order. Very fast service. Even when there is a line it moves quickly. Its nice to go somewhere and them know your order.
Mostly get my drinks right at this location but it’s not consistent. Service is fast and usually friendly. Atmosphere is less than expected and they removed tables and any place to sit, so it’s drive through only now.
Whoever was working the drive thru tonight, you made my evening. Great smile and even greater attitude. Wish more people were as upbeat as you are at work. Stay awesome!!!
I love this Starbucks! I come to this one because everyone is so sweet and kind, they always make my difficult drink just the way I like it. I especially love Alexis! She is so sweet and is always so nice about my complicated order lol. 10/10 if I could!!!!!
I’ve loved going to this Starbucks ever since moving here because the customer service is always impeccable and everyone is so nice and kind. However as I came in today I was extremely disappointed as we walked in we are a very quiet couple and order simple drinks straight off the menu, we were serviced by “Alexis, the shift supervisor” and she was distasteful and had a bad attitude during our whole time in there. I sincerely hope she doesn’t treat any of her coworkers the way we were treated because they are such a sweet bunch of people. Everyone has there days and customer service is hard but there’s no excuse for this type of service.

As a loyal Starbucks customer who frequents various locations in Edmond and North OKC, spending approximately $300 monthly, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the Starbucks branch at 1001 E 2nd Street in Edmond. Consistently, I've noticed that this particular location tends to underfill their cups compared to other Starbucks establishments. In comparison, they consistently leave about 1/4 to 1/3 cup less than what I've come to expect from other branches. Given my familiarity with multiple Starbucks locations in the area, I believe it's important to highlight this discrepancy for the benefit of both customers and the establishment itself.
