Drive-thru only means our mobile order pickup turned into a ~10 minute process
Person at the drive thru stated they cannot serve us coffee because they are cleaning the machines. This is a first I've heard cleaning the machines during operating hours so you can't just get a regular cup of coffee at a coffee shop. Ok bye.
Store inside is great and employees too, but they play the music way too loud... It's on the verge of annoying. Not even good music lmao. U can't talk to the person right in front of u, so it's no wonder it's always empty inside, maybe that's on purpose lmao. Also, parking lot is way too small for the amount of traffic coming thru...
I no longer frequent this place due to the unfriendly employees and the inconvenient midday closures. Instead, I discovered Frappe Joe just around the corner—a delightful coffee spot with a friendly staff.
Stopped by here today to get the BOGO offer. Location was Boosie although I found a parking space easy enough and went right to the register to order my drinks. The woman working in the register was very pleasant and friendly and we had a nice conversation while she made her the drinks. Both our drinks were delicious and well worth the price we paid. I definitely recommend downloading the app so you don't miss out on any of the offers. #Starbucks #BOGO
I go there quite often and my drinks are made well! No complaints there, but recently, as of a few months ago, I don't really like visiting this location because of how the place is being managed. There seems to be a lack of employees working, which just makes it inconvenient to visit the location. I know the workers are trying their best, but they seem overworked.
Drink was made well by baristas but dear god the atmosphere was absolutely overestimulating with how one of workers who was tall and had blonde hair ( I think they're the manager from the way they were acting) was being very rude to the baristas and it was truly a bit unsettling with how heated it got. I think no matter what the situation must have been, there shouldn't be this kind of display and I truly think this employee/manager dude needs to be talked to about their behavior and their ways of working with their colleagues/employees without such an unprofessional sight for customers like me to see.
