Starbucks

No longer a Starbucks. Another overpriced hotel cafe that “serves” Starbucks coffee. No one available at counter at 9 AM a when I visited.

It's not Starbucks anymore but they do serve Starbucks coffee and very similar recipes

Ma note vient du fait que la serveuse laisse son robinet couler alors qu'elle n'utilise même pas l'eau. Elle ne l'éteint pas. Vive la consommation d'eau, alors que la planète en manque. Les pains au chocolat sont bons, c'est au moins ça. Les américains ne sont pas du tout écolo et ne font pas attention aux déchets et à la planète dommage

They NEVER get my drink right. And I'm a repeat customer. Asked for a violet drink and they gave me a violet drink but strained out the hibiscus flavor! It was water down berry hinted water! Then they failed to tell me they were out of coconut milk and used soy milk instead. ! What if I was allergic to soy? Very upset, food safety definitely isn't practiced here. Very dissapointing. Never gone to any other Starbucks and had a problem only this one. New, competent employees are needed at this location. Also, I've never felt the need to write a review about anywhere I've been except for here!

This location is a joke. They close whenever they feel like it and never open when they are suppose to. Avoid if possible. Also Starbucks changed their menu and offer less then ever before. Very unsatisfied

So they dont take the starbucks cards/app, i asked why and she said we are not really a starbucks... . If your not a starbucks then why do you have the brand all over..... she also was kinda snooty about it as well. I think sheraton should find different manager. If your going to call yourself a starbucks then adhere to starbucks rewards, etc.
