I came here to do a zoom class and walked in with earbuds in, session already in full swing. I found a table, settled in and did an app order. A few minutes later Clare came over and offered me water (triple digits today). I told her I had ordered online and she asked for my name so she could keep an eye out for my order. When it was ready she brought it over for me. I was so touched by the consideration and her bringing my order over so I didn’t have to miss any information. I whole-heartedly appreciated her and her wonderful service and fabulous smile! :-) Thank you, Clare! This is my new official spot for my 1st Thursday meeting! <3
They Always messing up the orders.
I notice if you don't tip them. They mess it up as well. And when I tipped them the majority of the time, my order always comes messed up.
I hate when places ask you for a tip like. It's a normal thing for them to be tipped. When you haven't even received your item, this should be illegal
Hi people. I don’t like to post bad reviews but sometimes it’s happen. Let’s start with Ms. Manago or whatever she was. Blonde lady, for me she took something, she was hyped sooo crazy, interrupted to conversation with barista at checkout. She said no pic in here and in the middle of conversation she just quickly quit. 😑 she is in wrong party. They made wrong size of my coffee, it’s typical 😑 location isn’t clean. Entry door with long thick white stain, frond glass of bar- DIRTY, tables don’t remember connection with cleaning towels. Floor could be more clean. So so…
Manager AMANDA is doing a bad service at the customer and making a uncomfortable-work ambient
Employees were ok. They all just seemed like they didn’t want to be there which I can understand. Ordered 2 venti drinks. No modifications or anything. They did not fill up the cups with product. Might as well have ordered a grande if they were not going to give me the amount that I paid for. I did not want to argue so I just left with them not full.
The associates are always so nice.
