Staff was rude and they weren't even busy. Didn't offer to warm up the pastry like most stores do.
Standard Starbucks cafe, dropped by simply to get Detroit/Michigan mugs and was able to get the transaction done pretty quick.
The register quit working after I had ordered. Then, the employees said the espresso machine quit working and that everyone who had placed an order would need to wait 10-15 minutes. The staff ignored customers. I finally got a staff persons attention and was able to switch out my hot coffee for an iced coffee.
“I had to wait 25 minutes for my grande mocha mango chai acai” People, this is a busy airport. I wouldn’t want to have to work at 5am either serving entitled rich people their fruity drinks. Seriously though, cut these people some slack. My americano was solid btw.

this had to be the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to the people there do not care about making your drink. All they want to do is chitchat. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a drink, and it was just me standing in line. Plus they made my drink wrong. They made it hot instead of cold and when I said something to them, they said oh well you didn’t say that and I said yes I did because I don’t ever get hot drinks. Those people have zero brains.

Never had a bad Starbucks experience until now. Ordered a drink online that comes with whip but my drink was not made with it. After almost yelling to get an employer to stop chatting and acknowledge me (they were only 3 feet away from me), they yelled at me that I did not order whip and I showed them the “recipe” on the app and she still yelled that it did not say whip on the sticker but to give it to her and she would just add it. I felt so disgusting after this and then I tried the drink…. It was so sweet I threw it away.
Full size establishment with plenty of open registers. 4 people making coffee. Only 10 people standing in line. I go to order a coffee, they said no they're not doing registers. You have to download the app and order it online. What?

Worst Starbucks I have ever been. It’s 90% water and 10% milk in my double chocolate chip Frappuccino.
When I visited they only took orders via app. However the app was inaccurate because 2 items I ordered were out of stock. Also the app showed bottled waters were out of stock but there were plenty in the cooler. When I tried to buy a water and pay not on the app I was refused.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been. It’s 95% water and 5% coffee
