Wait time is very slow

The only reason it wasn't a 5 star is it took quite a while to get our order- but they were super busy. I have to say they made my caramel ribbon crunch perfectly!!

We had a great visit today at the drive through with Bryson. Great sense of humor great customer service friendly service with a smile that's what we need at every single Starbucks location! Recognize him before his recognize him recognize him for his representation of your company and his love for his customers. Yellow Jeep! 🌞

Put our cake pop in a bag with a hot sandwich and it melted it off the stick and our drinks just weren’t good plus the line took forever. Might of just been an off day, but needs some training or something.

The coffees tasted wonderful! The wait time is rather long. We went twice and waited 45 min in the drive through the first time. 35 min the second time. We found another coffee shop close by the remainder of the week that was quicker.

Not customer friendly and food is bland, bland taste. Cardboard.

Would have been 5 star but my change was in 1's and 5's from 100 dollar bill....

They never have any food available. Morning or afternoon it doesn’t matter. Their staff doesn’t act like a team at all and they don’t communicate. I waited 15 minutes for my blueberry scone to come out and there wasn’t more than 5 people in here.

Typical Starbucks. They seem to be pretty busy here often but the workers are always nice, even when clearly overwhelmed with the amount of people waiting for their order!

45 minutes in the drive thru!! Rediculous awful service.
