Great location, huge store with a nice outdoor patio area. Clean. Professional staff, not overly friendly but adequate.
Beautiful place and nice atmosphere but the waiting line is big pluse you have to wait 20 min for your caffe ,for me it was like one hour.
The working people were moving fast but anyway because of busy location i was waiting too long.
Put in my order 15-20 minutes before I was supposed to arrive at the store. Waiting another 20 minutes after I got to the store and was told I would have to call the Starbucks customer service line to get a refund if I wanted to leave and not pickup my coffee. Either woefully understaffed or inexperienced.
The staff is amazing!
Even though they were super busy, they had great attitudes and made great coffees.
When you consider this location had taken on the business of the one in Grand boulevard, with fall breakers, hurricane Helene and Milton evacuees, snow birds and locals!
Even though they were out of my favorite drink base, they made it with a different substitution.

Great caramel macchiato and cinnamon cake. The only reason not a 5 on service was they were busy but didn't acknowledge me for 2 minutes
I made my order through the Starbucks app, but it was Labor Day weekend, so there was a HUGE LINE when we got there.
When I had placed the order, I had selected to pick up through the drive thru, and when we saw the line, we about had a stroke. My husband decided to call inside and see if we could just get it inside instead of waiting on the drive thru and she told him to come on in and she would go ahead and make our drinks right then because they were so busy they hadn't had a chance to do it yet.
I know it's not a huge deal but it is just the fact that the customer service was great even though I'm sure they were stressed and felt rushed, they didn't show it in any way.
Literally gave my friend half a drink didn't even fill the cup up
Literally awful. Didn’t fill up my cup all the way and I spent too much to not get my full order. So absurd. Very disappointed.
drive thru quick and efficient
Pulled up to location at 7:50PM central time. Internet connection not working, authentication splash page unavailable. Asked worker to recycle the internet router by unplugging it & then power back up. As Starbucks worker was leaving he lied and said he restarted router, but I was monitoring Starbucks wifi the whole time for 45 mins and internet router was never powered downed. He gave me a fake apology as he was in a hurry to leave. The young guy doesn't care about customer service ethics and being honest. I'm an IT engineer, so I know these things at a high technical level.
