I visited this Starbucks location expecting the usual prompt service, but was left utterly disappointed. Despite standing in line for over 10 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged my presence or offered to take my order. With six to seven staff members visibly on the floor, it baffled me that none made themselves available to assist me patiently infront of the register. A business, especially one as established as Starbucks, should prioritize customer service.
If you plan on getting some work done and would like to plug in your laptop/phone make sure to charge it before hand. There is not a single outlet where you can sit down next to.
I ordered a tall macchiato, and noticed I got charged $5.25 instead of the $4.95 that was on the ordering screen at the drive through. I just thought i’d let the guy at the drive through window know that the prices on the screen outside were wrong for any future instances and he was incredibly rude about it, I just wanted to share the information so that the workers were aware. Poor service.
My favorite Starbucks in Denton. Always friendly greeting and service.
The staff here is excellent and there drinks are very consistent compared to others. One of my favorites to go too.
