Takes forever to get the order

The food here is hit or miss. I order the same thing when I go and they always seem to make my drink like the freestyle the ingredients LOL!

Not sure why this place is still open with the horrible service they have

The person who served us took my friends out of the store because they had already picked up their order while I was waiting for my coffee, there are not many coffee options either. I've never been through anything like this before.

The staff was very rude with us, we ordered 5 drinks and we were waiting for the last one, she asked us to wait outside 😑

They people there are rude and inconsiderate I see complaints from the same lady months ago doing the same thing to me in the comments lol where’s the change it’s like you just post a link and don’t even talk to your team

Very slow every time I come here it takes at least 15 minutes to got my cup of coffee

Had red hair in my drink from the lady jay who made it the manager remade it but jay started shaking /swinging her long pony tail over what they use drinks. Ken the female manager didn’t say a word about her doing so. Then I asked was she required to wear hairnets she lied and said no, I should’ve went to a location where they wear them per Manager Ken. When asked to speak to someone above her, she told me she doesn’t have no one‘s contact information. They didn’t give me any names. I said that’s fine. I’ll just call corporate.

Affordable customer service

Staff does a great job. Baristas are excellent. Coffee is a bit too pricey but at least you don’t have to wait for it.
