Yessenia didn’t say good morning or you’re welcome after providing service. I wasn’t able to order any food due to the oven not being heated. She stated it would take 10-20 additional minutes just for the oven to heat before she could cook any food. She also sat my coffee down beside the one in the photo below and didn’t say anything so I was unaware it was my coffee. I won’t be returning.
What annoys me about this place is every single time I go, they treat you like you’re literally not a person. Every encounter I have it’s so ignorant from most employes. As of now I’m simply a server so I under customer service.. and with an even Higher degree gaining my bachelors in management! But simply because I’m young and black female they act as if I have nothing going. Rude behavior all around.
Terrible service. The big back lady has an attitude and refuses to help. If she doesn’t feel like working she needs to be sent home. Or let go.
Slow, rude and the drinks are terrible! I guess corporate doesn’t care because it’s in a Krogers.

I ordered my drink at 6:40AM and there was 1 barista working. She prioritized all the online orders ahead of mine. It’s 7:05AM and I still do not have my drinks. This was a surprise for my daughter’s birthday before school. And I missed taking her to school because this location is under staffed. I will never be back.
