I requested a large late + $50 gift card, the guy said " I don't have change" but was very rude this was 9:30am .... Bad customer service

AMY is so amazing!!! I ordered an "oatmeal cookie" that I saw on social media. It was so amazing. The next day I had it another Starbucks that didn't taste nearly as good. She is so kind and really adds all the extras to it! Go see Amy!

We waited 20 minutes from our first drink being ready to our last (while other orders were filled). 2 of the drinks were made incorrectly. This is our 2nd visit where the wait was long & drinks were wrong.
