I hate to give bad reviews... BUT this coffee would have been perfect if I ordered a hot oat milk and not a coffee. I don't think there was coffee or two shots of syrup in it. I order the same coffee every time, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. I was running late so I didn't have time to return it. Terrible, terrible. The reason I am a Starbucks superfan is because it is consistent. Not here.

Staff is extremely rude for no reason. I asked for a water after I got my drinks and they very annoyedly said I had to stand in a 15 person line. I’ve worked in fast food, I knows it’s stressing but no reason to be rude about something simple as water.
I work in the outlets, and every time me or my coworkers order or have mobile orders to pick up, its a bad experience. The staff is very rude, I’m sure they memorize our orders and names so they know we work there, but that gives them no right the give us a lower level of respect. Even asking for simple things like water or bags to carry our food, we are given dirty looks, eye-rolls or they completely deny our request. Especially when asking for a water. We order actual items but as soon as we ask for side water they say “cant you see we are busy, we don’t have time for free water” same quote from multiple people there. I understand Starbucks gets busy, but the amount of time you complain about being busy could’ve been used making just a cup of water. Even when ordering food, if its out of stock they don’t let me know at the register, I’m given an empty pastry bag with my name on it and told “we are out” after already paying. I understand the outlets get packed and there are people everywhere and it can be overwhelming, but I’ve never treated a costumer with that much disrespect.
The people of this Starbucks crew are my heroes. My coffee is always perfect here as opposed to anywhere else in my area.
