Starbucks

This location always has something out of order or they already started cleaning the Frappuccino machine so they couldn’t complete my order. Ridiculous!!

This is inside the store but not a nice place to sit. Few chairs and tables that are old.

Operating hours until say till 830pm. We drive 25mins to make it on time arrived at 820 and they would not take our order

This place supposed to close at 8:30 p.m. but we got there at 7:50 p.m. and the employee told us it was closed. Or you correct the time posted Google maps as the store hours or you better supervise your employees.

Not sure why at 4 pm in the afternoon they had four employees standing behind the counter and my daughter walks up and it took them at least a minute or two to watch her stand there and then tell her they were closed .And watched her walk away and yelled out Sorry!!!Very rude and unprofessional and embarrassing .She works at Starbucks and would never treat guests that way .

This Starbucks is the absolute only one I go to!! Bella is hands down AMAZING!! She always has a smile on her face, great attitude with customers and really cares about how she makes drinks. Bella (who should be that manager of this store) is the reason I come here DAILY! Without her I’d no longer be a loyal Starbucks customer

I was running behind on the way to school and I had to stop for coffee. I was afraid I was going to be late but Alexx and Jackson were so quick and pleasant, I ended up making it early! Very pleased, I’ll definitely be back!

I come to this Starbucks every morning before a long day of work. Alexx, Jackson, Bella, and Bri make my day every single morning. I am greeted by the biggest smiles, warmest coffee, and freshest food at 8 AM on the dot! I cannot emphasize enough how quick they are. Never once have I worried about not making it to work on time due to a delay (and I work in Alpharetta!). One of my favorite things is the amazing art work each time. As a connoisseur of the fine arts, I appreciate the work they can do with some chalk on a blackboard! If you struggle to choose where to get your morning caffeine fix, look no further than the Kroger on Freedom Parkway! Five stars is not enough!!!

They always put to much milk in to screw over customers
