Starbucks

This Starbucks is very small, difficult to get on and out of and almost always blocked by traffic on the main road. Use the frontage road behind it for easier access and to enter the drive thru. But, if you are coming from Peachtree City, this is an extremely convenient Starbucks to grab a coffee before jumping on 85 in either direction.

They reopened today after a redesign, and offered some tasters of the cookies and cream iced coffee. Love the new design and the people here

When I asked why are they preparing orders for customers behind me in a line, I was told that they are busy. No apologies, nothing. Then she proceeded to make a drink for a different customer. It was just a tall latte. I waited for 20 minutes, asked about it twice, they didn’t even start to prepare it. I just don’t understand it. Was it my accent or something? Anyway. I hope they enjoyed my drink that I never got.

UPDATE 18 DEC 23 - Service was outstanding! I ordered through the app but at the wrong location. They were able to pull the order and add a drink that I missed. Corrected my mistake and got my order out promptly. Very impressed and much better service than my previous visit! There are too many other Starbucks to waste your time at this location. First, I ordered online through the app for in store pickup only to be told that the cafe was closed and I had to go through the drive thru. Second, because I had ordered online and now had to wait extra in the drive thru, the drinks were warm and the food was cold. Finally, they did not honor my “free” birthday drink. Go find another Starbucks. Please. This one isn’t worth your time or money.

I used to love Starbucks so much that I couldn’t drive by without getting a drink but now it does taste like it used to maybe bc now we know it supports genocide…

Card information was stolen, and then reported multiple times. Do not pay with your card unless it’s Apple Pay or if they hand you the card reader themselves; if they don’t give you the card reader, then observe your card. The window baristas have taken a picture of my card without me knowing and put multiple charges on my card as high as $75 & $90. I know exactly who it is too and he/she goes to Denmark High school. They also recently did this to my mother and now both our credit card companies are investigating. File a police report if this happens to you I wish I would have the first time, because it keeps continuing to happen.
