Went in and ordered my drink told her. I want to redeem 25 points to get a extra shot of espresso. She said she had already went through with the order and took my payment. It took my payment because I scanned my Starbucks card so she could not add the other shot

Normally I don't have issues in the morning but today... I've been sitting in the line for 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I've put my car in park 3 times. I'm at the speaker now and no one is saying sorry for the wait or acknowledging my existence. I had to drive off after 10 minutes of silence at the speaker. Horrible. Now I'm late to work with no food.
