Needs better training some girl with black frizzy hair got mad that she couldn’t hear me since i was in the passenger side and my moms English isn’t very good so we tried being polite as she was messing up with the order as well i had my mom tell her what we meant and she had another person come on the mic then when she gave us our drinks she didn’t say anything 3 times we said thank you for everything and she was just handing and leaving the window when there was also no cars behind us or in front for her to “act busy” fix your attitude and if you're gonna work in customer service learn to have patience some people may not be having the best day for you to act like that

We came by 1 week ago today in the evening with my husband and kids we love the spot high five nice spot

Very sterile and modern but the largest Starbucks Ive ever seen.. looks like they have enough room to conduct an alien autopsy in the center of the room. I’m from Pasadena so Starbucks are small here. It is surrounded by county buildings and other businesses. The staff, well, the ones I’ve encountered, have been nice, they collected them from various Starbucks in the area I was told. The first thing I said, after entering these hallowed halls was. “Thanks for finally opening, me and my coworker have only been waiting 20 years!!!” To which the barista giggled. It’s true! I heard they gave away free stuff for the opening and I didn’t GET ANYTHING!!! Loyal customer that I am, now that’s just wrong. I truly must have been born in the wrong decade because there’s no way I should have had to wait.. exactly, 22 years. Haha signed, CCSD employee.

Very sad to say that this was my first time buying at this Starbucks…. And had a very bad experience. Went in at 7:45 pm there was this young guy that help with my order , he took my order in the drive- thru, then when got to the window to pay he said sorry I don’t have any change!!!! I think that’s very unprofessional to say to a customer!!! Never coming back again .

Great service, great staff, and my coffee was made perfect. Beautiful new store with a whole lot of space. Parking: Lots of parking.

Elizabeth was awesome! She was very polite and maintain a positive attitude despite of being alone on a Saturday night! My order was exactly how I ordered it.
