Good coffee, didn't have any food so cannot comment. Service very slow and the fire alarm going off all the time was a bit annoying, although staff did come round and warn us

Great coffee, location and atmosphere. Staff do well meeting demand.

Poor visit today I'm afraid. Wales the dogs and stopped for a drink. My hot chocolate was nice but my husband's americano was dreadful. Tasted burnt and extremely weak. Also spoiled by the fact that no one bothered to clear the table we sat at and there were a couple more with festering cups. It was steady not manic so clearing would have been nice. I mentioned to the guy that made the coffee that it was poor. He just said sorry and made no attempt to make amends. I didn't want anything back, but it was just all round poor service today. Will stop at Tim Houghton's next time, never had a bad coffee there.

My go to place for coffee. Always great service and quality.

Hot chocolate was not as good as some others I could name.
