The worst Starbucks I’ve come across. Consistently get orders wrong - hot instead of iced, cows milk instead of alternative, wrong syrups, wrong sizes - every time we’ve been in. The consistency with drinks is ridiculous, one has tasted great, the others awful. I didn’t know you could get coffee this wrong. Rhys here is a great chap though.
Pooch and granddaughter won’t let me pass it without a frappe and a pupaccino !
Service has gone rapidly downhill over the past month. Long waiting times just to have orders taken. I love a coffee but waiting 15 minutes at the counter just to get my order taken, with others behind me in the queue is getting ridiculous, had to walk out twice already this month. Complete staff change seems to have changed it from a well oiled machine to a frustrating experience. Been going here for 18 months but likely won't be visiting again.
Drove through today for coffees and muffins.Very impressed with the assistant Rhys who was taking orders.Polite,interested and actually gave us eye contact! Well done
Gone completely down hill. Tell me how I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. Absolutely ridiculous service just hire more staff. Everyday chaos behind the counter
Drive thorough coffee great friendly service which was fast and efficient
During our visit to the coffee shop on 24 March, we were met with complete chaos behind the counter. After placing our order online we have waited 24 minutes for it. When our name was finally called, we received only the half of the order. Member of staff assured me the other drink was not on order. Finally few minutes later same member of staff found the drink she made earlier but misplaced it. In the end we left the shop with drinks which were bellow standard in taste, quality and appearance. No one cared enough to even look for our order. In addition, the shop looked dirty with used dished paled up everywhere it looked more like a chaotic mess than worldwide recognisable brand.
