Firstly il start with how often I visit this Starbucks and how amazing it always is with fabulous service! M However this morning 8:25am on 5th April the service was absolutely apporling! Not only did I wait up to 30 mins to be serviced and receive my order but it was completely wrong! I asked for a small blonde roast soy latte and a medium caramel machiato with skimmed milk. When I receive she order they gave me a large blonde roast soy latte and small caramel machiato with skimmed milk. When I told them the order was wrong they told me that’s what I had ordered.. extremely rude with no apology! Resulting em asking for a refund after already wasting my time and making me late for an appointment. I don’t understand how you can get it so wrong! The staff also needed to improve on their customer service skills! Do better!!

Would have been good if my disabled daughter and I could have got a seat. Place was full of people with empty takeaway cups whobwete on laptops. We managed to get a seat, not a comfotable bench seat but a very low buffet not very suitable for a disabled person. The other seats were all full of people on laptops or ipads and their bags, briefcases and cycle helmets. After 30 minutes we were leaving, however the laptop crew were still seated not giving ordered anything else. I always thought it was a coffee shop not an office rental site. Will look for an independent cafe next time.

I would rather don’t even waste my time here and most defo not the money but such a bad service at this spot. You get ignored and takes ages to get served. Also if Starbucks making enough money from their customers why can’t they keep enough staff to compensate the sales. Poor environment to spend time.

Been using this store for 18 months on a daily basis Service and most staff are excellent The place is very dated and is in urgent need of a facelift and modernisation Tables tend to be strewn with used plates and cups Sticky tables not cleaned properly and chairs that look like they could do with a big clean Staff trying their best is plain to see Unfortunately this store is going downhill Found a place just up the road that roasts their own beans and the coffee is awesome

Dirty, dull and atmosphere and seating arrangement is depressing. So many better places to go to.

Been in several times over the last year, the coffee and food is decent enough, and while the service could be better I just can’t accept the state the cafe is always in; chairs strewn everywhere, tables littered with dirty cups and plates and the floor never looks like it’s been cleaned in weeks.

Long time waiting about 20 mins for a coffee Not good enough understaffed had to wait 10 mins before till was opened it was rubbish
