Lauren was amazing, had been left on her own and with a queue of 6-7 people still managed to keep drinks coming out

Staff were very rude, only listened to half of our order which wasn't particularly long or at a busy time of day. Then when asked to rectify it suddenly the machine wasn't working. Then stood there rudely gossiping about other customers infront if us. Thankfully this isn't our usual Starbucks and the people at the Keighley store are significantly more pleasant.

The atmosphere is all the place has going for it. A barista who SO isn’t - I mentioned that the caramel sauce he “poured” into the coffee had gone straight to the bottom, because he didn’t steam the milk, he replied “that’s always how it is!” The manager just looked at me and walked away. The place was an absolute tip… to say 2/3rds of the place empty, every table was littered with dirty crocks and papers. Back to the coffee - nothing like it should be. Costas in future, in fact anywhere BUT Starbucks

Best coffee shop in the city. I worked on the weekdays there. For work I recommend the ground floor because of the signal. The walls are thick.
