Love Starbucks coffee from Broadgate. Even when they get it wrong which is not often, they make it right whenever possible. Staff are polite, friendly, considerate and patient. Dietary restrictions: Love the oat milk. Always awesome in coffee. Best in my opinion though they do have all the alternatives

Worst coffee or let me call it what it was...worst hot milk because that all was in my cup... threw away 3/4 of it and really was looking forward to it as well

I was very desperate to get to the toilet the door was open was refused entry before I had the chance to ask the manager of the day jay. Henceforth I will not be returning to the premises again and I was a £100 a week customer
