Starbucks Coffee

Fantastic service from the staff working Monday evening. Really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Had a lovely coffee here on Sunday 3rd Dec. I have to commend the hard working staff they were so busy (hence only 3 stars for atmosphere it was a bit crowded) but honestly they were friendly, polite, organised and efficient. The manager should be proud of the team on yesterday they were amazing. Orders were piled up and they took it all in their stride. We had a bit of a wait as you would expect but 5 star service and staff. Well done and Thank you.

They turned off Mobile Ordering without notifying anyone. I know the wait is too long but we waited almost an hour just for them to say they stopped accepting mobile orders when I asked them why it was taking so long to make our drinks. Absolutely appalling, zero communication with customers. Rubbish customer service as well. Don't recommend visiting. Every time I've gone, always been terrible.

Been a few times, and it’s ok, your general Starbucks. Very busy at weekends with queues out the door. Food and drink is your bog standard Starbucks. Today, we visited at 7:05 pm. Almost everything was put away and there were two members of staff working. One was making the drinks for the people before me, the other was putting what was left of the food away. Neither acknowledged our existence, just continued to have a conversation amongst themselves instead of even saying ‘we’ll be with you in a minute’. I worked in a pub, if we were just tidying up towards the end of a shift, we were expected to stop doing that if a customer came to the bar. We were just ignored, so we left. Won’t bother again, we’ll just go to the other coffee shop.
