Starbucks Coffee

Staff were excellent and helpful but.... Does not accept cash, not helpful when a 94 year old lady wants to pay Dirty cups for tea, had to ask for clean ones. Noticed 90% of customers sitting inside were using take away cups...wonder why! Toilets out of order, again not helpful when you have a 94 little old lady with you. Tea and hot chocolate both very weak, pee poor actually. Will not return...but staff were nice.

It's a bit pricey but good service

Manager (I think) is rude, unfriendly and makes the place feel unwarm. I also found a bug in my drink which went into my mouth, disgusting is an understatement

Good place for a coffee, could do with a decorative refresh

Very crowded and very slow service when I ordered my coffee. Waited about 15 minutes before my coffee was done.

Used to have an American manager who was terrible so avoided it for years! Now the manager is first class super professional great service and wonderful Eggnog latte. Thank you definitely a returning customer.
