I regret tipping every time order a black iced coffee takes 2 seconds to make no sugar no milk they rather they focus on drive thru no customers inside woman made the drink and put it by the drive thru section i told them im in a rush watching my coffee sit at the drive thru line if there was an option to reverse tip id press it .

On May 1, My Wife and I made our daily stop at Starbucks and we know each is different. We have ordered from this location multiple times. But this day was TOTALLY DIFFERENT We Ordered 2 Speciality Drinks Quad Expresso All Ice Double Blended and etc the 2nd drink the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Expresso double shaken and a grilled cheese double toasted The Drive Up Female Barista Unprofessional Rude She started by yelling over her colleague “You need to start your order over again”. She went on to put what she wanted onto the screen thru the drive thru as I had to correct her she continued entering how she thought or better yet how she wanted to make the drink. We had to advise her that we didn’t asked for Foam and didn’t ask for extra ice, though she insisted. At one point we proceeded to the window. She scanned my wife’s Starbucks app for payment and brought the 1st disaster drink to the drive up window. I immediately said my drink isn’t right she walked away. She then brought my wife’s drink to the window and I told my wife to check if the sticker had extra foam when she never asked for ANY FOAM The Brown Sugar drink was a DISASTER . The Barista left the window open as we waited for the grill cheese. As we are waiting I’m trying to get their staff attention to advise them that our drinks are Wrong. All staff continued walking pass clowning around with NO CUSTOMERS TO SERVE INSIDE. I Blew the horn twice and they continued to ignore the drive thru window. Upon bringing the Grilled Cheese Sandwich of which was not cooked still cold and barely toasted FOOD POISON, the Barista was advised that our drinks was Wrong and she doesn’t say anything about correcting in fact she stated “THATS HOW THEY COME THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MADE” I am Not REMAKING YOUR DRINKS AND SLAMS THE SLIDING DRIVE THRU WINDOW NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I advise my wife I would call corporate and drove around to the front to enter the store. As I approach the empty store the Barista who Slammed the Drive Up Window stood nearby the drive up doing nothing and I requested to speak with the onboard Manager. Young man by the name of SPENCE said I Am The MANAGER. I advise him that we was just at the Drive Up and our experience of the drinks not being correct. I told him I blew the horn twice to get their attention henceforth when I sat in the car saying EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME TRYING TO GET HIS ATTENTION HE WALKED PASS MULTIPLE TIMES IGNORING HE THEN YELLS AT ME “THAT I WAS RUDE TO BLOW THE HORN”, my response I Was Trying to Get ANYONE’S ATTENTION. He SPENCE said “YOU RUDE JUST RUDE YELLING AT ME I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY DRINK…..As HE IS TELLING ME IT WAS RUDE TO BLOW MY HORN TWICE I ADVISED HIM I WILL CALL CORPORATE AS HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 SKILLS. I take both drinks and walk away back out the door advising him I AM CALLING CORPORATE HIS EXACT WORDS GO AHEAD I DONT CARE CALL THEM. If SPENCE IS THIS STORES MANAGER ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW UNFORTUNATE A Senior Regular Customer said 2 weeks ago this location SUCKS AND NEVER SERVES COFFEE CUP FULL UNPROFESSIONAL He has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL NONCHALANT I DONT CARE ATTITUDE Coworker SLAMMED Drive Up Window Refuse to make their error of DRINKS AND FOOD over Unfortunately a call to Regional Manager I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT REGIONAL MANAGER HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS MATTER 5/1/2024 @ 1:11pm I Am Awaiting For CALL BACK I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A BRISTA TO REFUSE TO MAKE THEIR MISTAKE CORRECTION FORCING ME TO TAKE AS IS AND NO SOLUTION THEY BOTH SHOULD BE FIRED

WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE TO DATE!! We ordered at the drive thru. Batista could not correctly put in the first coffee order. My wife had to start it over. Batista then took my order. It was incorrect as well. Lo and behold if our coffees were not made correctly when we received them. My wife honked the horn to get a barista's attention. There was no acknowledgement. In fact, Spence, the manager, looked out at us but never acknowledged us. When my wife asked for her coffee to be made over, the female Batista berated her. According to her, that's how it was to be made. I also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was NOT done. The Barista refused to remake our coffees. My wife told them we would be calling corporate. The employee told us to call. To add insult to injury, she SLAMMED the drive thru window shut. I have NEVER experienced employees being so disrespectful and arrogant. This store will suffer with poor comprehensive skills and customer service. I would give zero stars if possible!!
