I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance from an employee when I was trying to pay for my order online using the Starbucks app and, I was having trouble but the employee couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how. The app kept charging my account $25 for a $6.80 order. This was very frustrating and time consuming without any help from the employee. I won’t be coming back again
