Filthy inside and out.

They say they don't serve cars first but I just watched 5 cars order and get served after I ordered I been sitting here for 15 still no drink, not coming here anymore, also their tables haven't been cleaned in years, it's basically a homeless shelter

If you are looking for a Starbucks that is consistent, this is not the one for you. They don’t make a drink the same two times in a row. Nor do they stay open until the are “open until” on both Google and their app. I have been to this location two weeks in a row at 830 pm and 845 pm when they “close at 9” and closed both times. They never answer their phone either. Honestly don’t even bother with this location.

The drinks, food, and friendliness of the staff are all top notch. The only problem is how long it takes to get orders through the drive-thru. It takes upwards of 15-20 minutes every time I've come here. Plus, this delay on orders pushes traffic out into the street. If you come here, be prepared to wait a long time.

20 min wait for 3 coffees priority to drive thru with a store full of people. Parking: Ride share people sitting in cars waiting for orders

Terrible service today, waited 20 minutes for my drink while everyone who came in after got theirs. Barista insisted my order was a mobile when I had ordered in the store and said it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minute wait for a coffee???
