Always clean, tables rarely have cups left on them etc. It's never too noisy here, so talking or working is easy. Music pitched just right. Still think it's lacking in something in atmosphere. That said, it was plenty warm enough inside despite being very cold outside. On my visit it did get busy later in the afternoon, it's just very relaxed. Staff wonderful and attentive.

Absolutely terrible customer service don't care about community they are in. Manager would not even come out to deal with issues and instead left the young girl to deal it. Better service at the buckshaw one down the road. Avoid this one.

I purchased a ‘Too Good to Go’ deal on the app, but upon arrival, I discovered that it had been cancelled. I went inside and noticed that the food, which should have been bagged up, was still on display for purchase. I approached a worker and inquired about my order, only to be informed that it had been cancelled at 5:30 PM. This was untrue, as I did not receive a notification, and I had checked the app just 10 minutes prior. Additionally, the worker I spoke to had an attitude, and another worker was simply standing behind the door, staring at me through the glass, doing nothing. It seems likely that this occurred so the greedy workers could keep all the food for themselves… for free!
