Always the best customer service

Nollan (I think his name is! Just in case though he is a curly brown haired guy working the drive thru 2/12/24) is AMAZING! He was really sweet and super personable! I didn’t feel like just another customer! He also was completely accepting that my dog is learning to not be terrified of humans and was really sweet towards him also! He even offered up some napkins after the fact because my pup got his pup cup all over the place! 100/10 would love to get him through the drive thru again! We definitely need more people like him in the world!

Did a drive up, and bought coffee only.

Came to study for training from out of town. Male and female were working and from ordering the male was extremely rude when my friend asked if they had a apple spice tea drink. We knew closing was at 8:30. They rudely told us they were closing at 8:20 which we knew and were taking tests and packing up. While walking out they said "some people don't know what closing means" It wasn't even 8:30 yet. I tipped even. Very unpleasant visit.
